I appreciated the service today at Honest-1. A staff member showed me the car air filters and explained that they were still clean enough to use until the next service of vehicle. Later, 2 problems were found that need to be fixed in order to pass inspection. The staff recommended to wait on repair until they could do some research for replacement parts at a lower cost to me. It is so helpful to take our cars somewhere that we know they are helping us maintain our cars and saving us money on maintenance and repair costs!

Very friendly and helpful auto service. The waiting room is clean and has free wifi and coffee. Quotes for the repairs I needed were competitive compared to other auto shops in the area.

The guys were great to get me in the day after I called and I didn't have to wait any longer than I had been told. Comfortable environment in the waiting room made the wait even easier. They try really hard to earn your business!

Very nice place the men at the front desk are very pleasant. Came to get inspection and oil change. The waiting area isn’t your typical waiting area. It’s very clean. Nice chair for people to individually sit, complimentary coffee(Keurig machine) and bottled water. The wait wasn’t bad at all. And I’m sure that had a lot to do with the nice waiting area. Overall I’m very pleased and will be returning

Had a defective part and the owner Greg took care of it promptly replacing the part with another one at no charge.

I've been to Honest 1 several times now. Our experiences have been great! An Honest auto repair business that also does great work! I'll continue to go there.

Excellent service and all done in a timely matter. They have me a loaner vehicle for a couple days at no charge which is a major plus. A+ work
