I was on my lunch break and noticed a screw in my tire and could hear the air leaking out. The first place that came to mind was Honest-1 so I drove straight there. They were able to check it out, plug the tire and get me out within 20 mins. Crisis averted. I get all of my maintenance done here. I believe the owner is Gregg and it seems his family members (son/daughter/wife?) are always there working the front desk with him. I trust their advice and recommendations. I would recommend anyone looking for a go-to auto care shop to make this your place.

This was my first visit and was impressed by the how nice the employees were. I was very satisfied with the work done and also did not have to wait long. They immediately started to work on my car. Also i observed other customers coming in for various car problems and the employees were eager to have their problems fixed.

They were fast friendly and just plain awesome, the best shop I have been in in Charlotte.

Was due for oil change but had no idea oil was completely gone... shouldnt have been. Made it to gas station this very cold am and met Chris who kindly offered his assistance. Honest-1 Auto Care will be my new auto shop!

The waiting area was nice and clean. Didn't have an appointment so I thought I would be there all day but only took about an hour to get the oil changed. Has a small kids area that was nice as well.

I discovered honest1 on the web, I had never heard of them before. I called the store that was in my area and asked a few service related questions. The person that I spoke to was very courteous, professional, and knowlegeable. I took a chance and brought my car in. The work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. Honestly (no pun intended), I didn't know what to expect seeing how alot of places don't seem to take much pride in their work. Such was NOT the case with honest1. Highly Reccomended.
