I was visiting from out of town and my cousin recommended I go to their facility ...Absolutely pleased with the service received. They were fast and efficient, and very informative as to why my tires needed to be replaced rather than rotating unnecessarily. This will definitely be my "go to" place if I need service for my vehicle when visiting the great city of Charlotte (Mint Hill), NC

I am from out of town and brought in my car last minute for an alignment, tire rotation and oil change and it was done quickly and well! Honest didn't suggest extra things I didn't need (though I did need a cabin filter change, which I suspected!) and didn't try to upsell me for no reason. I will definitely return next time I am in town and need anything done!

This was my second trip to Honest 1. The facility is immaculate, the waiting room and bathroom are immaculate...even the service bays are exceptional. For me, the beautiful facility, free Wi-Fi, coffee, water, t.v., charging stations etc. all speak volumes. I had an oil change and power steering fluid exchange/flush. The owner and staff are all polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place to all my friends. Extraordinary!!!

Excellent service. Price was fair and service to be performed was clearly explained. They finished on time and showed me the damaged part they had to replace. I would definitely recommend this shop for car care.

Great service. I was warmly greeted by C.J. I had been told I needed a wheel alignment but after some analysis that was not the case. Had been referred by Costco with a 15% discount. The final charge was much less than the discount. I am totally satisfied with Honest-1 Auto Care.

Could not ask for better service, in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes.
