Nice place and people. One of the guys at the counter looks like Brad Pitt... lol seriously! Atmosphere very comfortable. Initially they took about 25 minutes to come back to tell me that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the A/C and that to do a diagnosis it would be $126.00. I paid it. Approximately, less than an hour went by, Brad-Pitt look a like came back and told me it would cost $1,225.00 in a nutshell to fix my A/C. And to be honest, I felt a little double-talk around whether or not the $1,225.00 would solve the problem and get my air conditioning back running! Unfortunately, to fix my resistor and blower motor (for my A/C), the price quoted was higher than the dealership but only by a few dollars or so. Although, if I do select them to fix my car, I would receive a three year warranty, and Roadside Assistance (part of the price of $1,225.00 to fix my car I'm assuming), and a free loaner at the time of service. Something to factor in is that for me $701.00 for labor alone is extremely over-priced for a simple job. I always do homework before getting a quote for anything. The price for the parts were literally double (or more) then if you purchased the parts from a place like Auto Zone. The flip side to all of this is that if you don't want to deal with the friendly local mechanic, you would want a professional to do the work. If you don't mind the higher price to get your car fixed then you could go there. I didn't let them fix my car, but that's just my personal choice.
