Exceptional,professional,courteous and genuinely nice is how to describe the staff at Honest-1 auto care located on Monroe Rd in Charlotte N C, especially CJ Williams. I stopped at the Autobell car wash for service and noticed Honest 1 literally in the same parking lot, so I walked over to ask a question about my winshield fluid not dispensing, Mr Williams politely said he would take a look once my car wash was complete. I walked back to auto bell and 5 min later Mr Williams appeared at auto bell to remind me that he would gladly check my dispenser.(that's exceptional customer service). I drove my car into their Bay Area Mr Williams along with another staff discovered my hose has disconnected he kindly connected the hose and I ask what he charged, he smiled and said you have a day,without charging me one cent not even for his time. Thank you CJ and all the staff that assisted!
