Honest-1 was without a doubt the best auto care facility I've been to in the Charlotte area. Sometimes it's hard when you're not from the area to find a place you really can trust, but no question with these guys. I had light on in my car that needed attention, a couple of repairs, as well as an oil change. Was able to get my car in to be serviced within 2 hours of calling. They were very considerate and accommodating not only with my vehicle but with their customer service and the overall experience. The staff were ALL very friendly and made you feel at home. The actual facility was even exceptional, providing a refreshment area, a kids play room, and optimal seating. They were very honest with what my car needed at the time as far as tune-up, and what was recommended but optional. Aside from this, they provided a shuttle that took me back to work in order to get back to my day and allow time for repairs which was awesome, followed by a ride back to my car when it was ready or I was ready. They offered a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty AND 24hr roadside assistance - I don't know another place that does this. To top it all off, not that I needed it but they leave a treat in your car! Talk about feeling like a valued customer. I actually live closer to the South End area of Charlotte, and could find several places in between to get my car serviced, but I will never go anywhere else as long as these guys stay around!
