First visit here today. Needed an oil change and a state inspection. I fully expected to be hit for additional needs to pass the inspection even though I knew the vehicle could pass. Much to my surprise, they said everything was fine, just keep in mind that front right ball joint might need attention at some time in the future, not anytime soon. I like a auto service that doesn't look at you like a mark to fleece, especially when it's something mandatory like a state vehicle inspection. Very polite and professional people, very clean waiting room. Didn't have to wait as long as I expected. This is the kind of auto repair place that I've looked for, for years. Now I know where all my future repair needs are going to be done. Fair prices, look on the web site for coupons to save a few bucks. For people that know what they are doing and friendly, without trying to take your last dollar, this is the place to go. Glad to see this place in this city. Can't say enough about the positive experience this has been. Would recommend Honest-1 to anyone, without reservation.

I typically have all my service done at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle but not anymore. This family run service center gives you the confidence your being treated like family and not a commission. The service manager actually said I didn't need certain work done that the dealership was pushing me to buy. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.
