This was my third visit to Honest-1. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. My car was serviced quickly. I love the Oreo cookies with the thank you note. My daughter brought her car and had the same experience. I will return for future car care. I will also recommend family, friends, and coworkers.

Had a 4 wheel brake service along with a brake fluid flush. The work was finished exactly at the time promised (appreciated since I waited on site). The next day I noted a slight sponginess in the brakes and returned for an evaluation. Despite being very busy, Honest-1 thoroughly checked the brakes and bled them again (small amount of air in the system). This solved the problem and showed me that they not only stand behind their work but, do it in a timely and professional manner.

I recently came in for the first time for an inspection, after having received a coupon in the mail. The service was fast and courteous. The waiting area was beautiful. And the best part, I had a thank you note and a pack of cookies on my dash when I got back in my car. I'll be back!
