The family-owned business at Honest One, 9200 Monroe Road in Charlotte, truly lives up to the name. They seek to give you the best car care and honesty in all their customer relations. I have appreciated their excellent service for our family's older cars and their concern to communicate with us clearly and helpfully about the problems we brought in and the progress until repairs were completed. There also is not a cleaner, nicer, or more hospitable place to wait than this car shop!

They have always been very knowledgeable and have provided a necessary service with a professional demeanor. The waiting area is first rate also. They will always have my business as long as I have car.

I'm new in town, trying to get my car serviced. Called the dealer, who not only took 2 days to call me back, wasn't very nice on the phone, was going to charge me 20% more to get my work done, and wouldn't be able to fit me in until next week...! I was glad to have received a card in the mail for Honest-1. CJ was great on the phone, quoted a fair price, and could fit me in that afternoon. Excellent service - excellent people. Thank you!

I have hoped for a place like this for a long time. The guys here make you feel like you really matter & what a great waiting area with such mice amenities. I am recommending to my friends & hope that the wonderful service continues. C J was great.

This place is incredible. I called and spoke to the manager who was exceptionally kind - only it wasn't exceptional, that kindness seemed to be the standard there. The place is so immaculate and so well decorated that I forgot where I was for a minute. Fast, friendly, professional...I am SO happy that I tried this place. I will continue to bring all of my future business here.

This is a first-class operation. I was helped on a recent Saturday afternoon. Not only did they get me a part late in the afternoon, they stayed open about 30 minutes after closing time to fix my car. They also reassured me that my car would be fixed as fast as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about this business.
