The lounge is beautifully appointed in marble and leather, more like a law office than a mechanic's shop. The lady who came out and greeted me, and the gentleman who gave me updates and took my payment were both warm and inspired confidence. I just had an oil change, but will probably go back for other things. I would have given 5 stars except one thing made me a bit uncomfortable, and that is the owner, who was at the counter when I came in, never acknowledged me the entire time I was there, although he did introduce himself to and shake hands with every other customer, who were all men.

It is my desire to great every customer but sometime when I am covering at the service counter and answering phones it becomes a terrific challenge.
