Excellent auto service so far. My strong suggestion

I was impressed with the facility and meeting the owner and the service manager and not feeling pressured to do other services than what I came in for. The only thing that stopped me from rating it 5 stars was I think it took a little longer than I would have thought.

Great service. as usual.

Was driving by and had planed on getting oil change later, but just pulled in anyway. Took me right in and I was out in a short time. Truly a great experience.

My AC died so I decided to take my truck into this shop. I have experienced this issue with my truck a few years before so I knew bad news was likely. I took advantage of their AC Check Special and they took my truck in on schedule and told me that I can try to Evac / recharge my system and it might work. I asked "what is the probability that it will work... he "Honestly" could not tell me. I respected that answer and decided that it was worth the 129.99 to go for the evac/recharge. Well, it did not work... the owner took me out and explained the issue and I knew I was not going to go ahead and fix it... I was not happy that I just spent 129.99 for this but it was a risk I took and I slowly walked back to the waiting room... LO and BEHOLD... the owner says... "if we take the (freon "my word not his) out we will only charge you half. WHOA!!!!! I am 51 years old and NEVER had a shop offer something like that. Both mechanics I spoke to were extremely professional as well.. I am truly sorry I did not get their names. AND!!! crazy part... they set a treat on the dashboard ... I do not know what the owner's story is and what made him decide to open a shop like this.... where people are treated so well... it has to be a good one!

Since finding honest1 last year, my family goes no where else to service our four vehicles. Everything about the place, from the waiting lobby with its complimentary coffee, to the garage, are clean and professional. The techs are friendly are really do take the time to explain any issues they find and don't use the tactics I've encountered at other shops. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Great service at a reasonable Price!!!!

I went in just for a quick oil change. The gentleman behind the counter was very welcoming and informed me that there was a little but if a wait. He immediately offered to set up an appointment for a little over an hour later so that I didn't have to sit and wait for too long at the shop. When I came back for the appointment, he greeted me again and in no time, my car was being pulled into a bay. Once finished, I was given a report card on the overall status of my car, and told of an issue that I had noticed but I was informed that at this point it is still within spec. As I checked out, I was informed of their loyalty program as well as their policies on warranties and customer care. The gentleman who checked me out even applied a coupon to my oil change so I saved some money immediately! I was very pleased with my experience and will surely return.

Great friendly service. Shuttle service was a nice touch. Will start taking all automotive needs here going forward.

I had a very positive experience here. They called within 30 minutes of my car being there to tell me what it needed, and were nothing but courteous to me. My car was done the same day with major repairs and done well. Recommended!
