I trusted these guys to put my 2001 F150 back on the road after a long time parked in my driveway. They did a great job.

I'm hesitant of any company that claims "Honesty" in the title. Just sets them up for failure. That being said, I had a slow leak in my tire. Stopped by their brand new store to get it fixed. Clean, modern, friendly service. Got me in and out quickly. Tire issue was larger than just a leak. Took them a couple of times to find it, but their service was commendable none-the-less.

I made an appointment to bring my van in because my defroster wasn't working. I dropped my van off Friday evening and they called me Saturday morning by 8:45 a.m. letting me know what was wrong with my van and the estimate to fix it. I gave them the go ahead to fix it and they completed it by 11:00 a.m. When we picked up my van I talked to them about my wife's car and they said they would be able to look at it....they not only looked it but located the problem and replaced the Alternator all by 4:00 p.m. the same day! This place is like a diamond in the rough! We will definitely use their services again!

The staff at Honest-1 was extremely friendly during my visit. I went to get an oil change and they honored my appointment time (most places still make you wait to get started even with an appointment). They updated me on everything that was going on and checked in to make sure I was okay. When I asked for advice on which oil change to get, they did not try to sell me the most expensive one just to get money, they really did what was best for my car. They even have complimentary drinks and a tv to keep you entertained! I would go back there 12 million more times!

My family and I were there the day they opened, I have to say, it is without a doubt the best service too take your car! The atmosphere is wonderful, while you wait there is free coffee and sodas, and snacks, full cable. They look over your car and before they do anything, they go over all the details and give you the best rate possible. I just love the owners. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car......

Everyone was very nice, the place is nice and comfortable. I came there after getting some of your mailers and want to support local business just getting started. Two issues: 1. the amount of time to get the oil changed was to long. I was hoping to be able to make honest 1 my car care center. But like everyone i am busy. Valvoline 2 doors down gets me out in 30 max, typically 20. 2. my coolant was not topped off. I assumed (maybe my fault) all fluids would be checked and filled.

I took my car in for an oil change. I was welcomed as I opened the door and I was impressed with the clean, comfortable waiting area. My car was ready when they said it would be. The treat on my steering wheel when I left made me smile. I'll return next time I need any work on my car - thanks!

I am overall very pleased. They had great customer service and a clean beautiful lobby and waiting area. I felt very comfortable and at ease.
