Overall I was pretty pleased with everything. I thought the two gentlemen (CJ and I think Virgil) were very friendly and professional. I felt like they were truly honest throughout the process. The problem with my AC was diagnosed correctly and repaired at a price below what I had seen examples of others paying online. The only area where my expectations were not met/exceeded was with regards to how long it took, and the amount of communication I received. I ended up not having my car for several days, which made it tough, and I was told that my car would be ready on a particular day, only to be told at 6 pm that night that my car wasn't ready. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this though, because I was so very pleased and impressed with them. My wife's car needs a lot of work and I plan on going to them for that work.
