I have lived in Charlotte over a decade and have dealt with MANY mechanic shops. I have yet to find one I want to keep and go back to. Just picked my car up today from Honest-1 Auto Care on Monroe Rd. after a MAJOR repair. C.J. is the guy who handled my case and he is the most professional gentleman I have ever dealt with when it comes to mechanic shops. I usually encounter "slick willies" who spew a lot of nonsense, half-truths and exaggerations when it comes to getting my car repaired. C.J. was a total professional, respectful and straight with me. He even called me twice a day with an "update". I will be taking ALL of my vehicles to Honest-1 Auto Care on Monroe Rd. and I will ask for C.J. :)

The facility was very clean and all the staff were extremely courteous. They diagnosed the problem with out pushing for other unwanted services to be performed.

CJ and crew are polite, quick and sharp. The shop is clean and well equipped. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The alignment on my old truck was accomplished quickly and correctly. I'll be back.
