I've driven by this place many times but never paid much attention. However, when my other two inspection go-to places failed to be able to provide service, I stopped in here because it's almost the end of the month. I didn't have an appointment but they fit me in and I was still in and out in a decent amount of time. Next time I'll know that having an appointment will move things along faster. I also have to say that it's one of the cleanest waiting areas I've been to in years. Free coffee on their Keurig or bottled water, wifi, USB plugins, TV, comfortable seating make waiting an okay experience. And honestly one of the best things is that they actually had staff to take care of business, which seems to be a rarity these days. Dedicated front desk people who are there to facilitate check in and out or give an update if you need one. I asked and he already knew how long it would be. It's nice to know there are businesses that have competent staff who understand the job of customer service.

The team was just so kind, helpful, & considerate of my time for this visit. I come back each year. Great team, a few Justin’s & Patrick & the equally considerate young man who waited on me.

I had an urgent need for a new car battery, and Honest-1 Auto Care exceeded my expectations by accommodating me promptly, scheduling my visit within the hour. Their efficient service team replaced my battery in an impressive time frame of just 20 minutes. I was truly amazed by their speed and proficiency. In fact, I was so impressed that I immediately booked my next regular service with them. I have been on the lookout for a reliable local shop for quite some time, and I'm hopeful that my experience with Honest-1 will mark the beginning of a long-lasting relationship.

If the technician were creative and put the customer first, he could have saved me at least $1,000. The brake pads costs < $20 at Amazon, < $40 at auto zone but this place charged me $107. The total cost was $2,404 for front and rear brakes (rotors, calipers, brake pads and labor.) and the car is 20 years old! The labor was about $700. Customers need saving in addition to trust, honest, clean place etc. I came here because Costco has 15% off coupon but that couldn't cover the extra charges. Some customers investigate, do homework and inspect their cars before bringing in for service.
