Their efficient service team replaced my battery in an impressive time frame of just 20 minutes. I was truly amazed by their speed and proficiency. After reading all the reviews and hearing about the great staff I took my truck in for a quote. The quote was higher than the dealership. That was explained away with the 4 year warranty. He was not allowed to tell me the part number he was getting from Carquest. Assume they did not want me to know the mark up. It is a shame, I tried to give them business even though they were higher. I just wanted to know what I was paying for and I guess that was too much to ask.
