I would recommend this place to anyone I know- their honesty and no bs approach was very refreshing. After being given the run around at the dealer, I came here based on a friend’s recommendation to have my breaks done, and not only did they take care of everything for a fraction of the cost, their attention to detail and customer service was just top notch. 10/10 highly recommend!

Excellent honest technicians who are knowledgeable.

I am very impressed by Honest-1 and will be returning for future needs. I dropped my car off at Honest-1 at 8:30am for a full service and it was ready by 1pm the same day. In my prior experience with Charlotte auto shops this has not been the case (I’ve had shops keep my vehicle longer than this to change a tire)! I was highly impressed by the punctuality as well as the communication as my car was being serviced. Not only did they service my vehicle in a timely manner, they called me multiple times with updates as to what they were doing. I would highly recommend this business to others looking for a dependable mechanic shop in the Charlotte area.

Booked an appointment online and indicated services needed: oil change and tire rotation. Also mentioned this when I arrived. Only the oil change had been performed when car was “ready”. Also I have a $90 credit/rewards credit that was not applied to the service. I use this facility often so I’m surprised at the lack in level of attention to detail. Now I have to take more time out of the day to get a rotation at some point.

Charge too much no charge more than the dealership and I didn't even need a steering column like y'all was saying

Took my car in for a 20k mile maintenance appt. They looked it all over and gave me a report card with photos. Everything looked pristine and they said it didn’t need anything. No charge for the inspection work so I was very pleased with the honesty even though they made no money for that visit and will be back!

Had a great experience with Kevin & team. They were able to get me in day of to fix a tire and was incredibly helpful and responsive.

The communication and service was great And the labor cost is reasonable. I will recommend to anyone.

Annual check up. Honest-1 completed an inspection of my 2013 Honda and provided me a 12 page print out of all items inspected along with 3 items that needed immediate action and 2 future items. They did what needed to be done and explained why some areas were for the future based on mileage. They provided a ride home and picked up after their work was completed. I highly recommend Honest-1.
