Spoke to a very nice man on yesterday 4/12/23. I tell him everything I need done to my car because it was stolen and damaged. He assures me it can be done and bring the car in. I get up early, take time off work and at 7:30am when they open I’m already there. Someone else then tells me it can’t be done but they can run a diagnostic test for a fee. He knows they can order a new console (1 of the smallest issues I have). I tell him the insurance will pay. He then tells me the insurance normally tells you where to go as if I wouldn’t have already called the insurance company. Geico allows me to pick the place. He really didn’t give the feel that he wanted to help or even cared to help. Or even walk out to see the car. Maybe they do great work and yes it’s a nice environment however, the lack of empathy, customer service, and communication in my experience explains the review!
