I went in for a clutch and flywheel change and they finished the job in a timely manor. Once they returned my car the clutch felt great! I had a noise come up when starting the ignition but they immediately told me to bring the car back so they could see what was going on. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was able to leave my car for a day and they even helped me by taking it to another specialized shop. In the end it was a loose bolt that caused the noise. Honest auto was able to fix all my issues all while being very understanding and cordial.
Just moved to the area and couldn’t have had a better experience during my first visit at Honest-1! Hands down the most kind and helpful customer service I’ve ever received at an auto care shop. My inspection was quick and seamless too. I’ll definitely be back to the Monroe Rd Honest-1!
