I had Honest 1 do 2 large jobs for my car. Motor mounts and an engine oil pan. They did very good work, communicated well and finished quickly. Mario was my service consultant. Very nice, thorough and professional. I would gladly return for future service.

-Response to owners comment… Yes, indeed you definitely honored your overpriced quote and overpriced labor and overpriced diagnostics and I honorably overpaid your overpriced quote. I will never use your service again nor recommend you to anyone and hopefully people will read this review and do the same. -Original comment… Asked for an oil change and tuneup. I expected to pay around 450$ which is the average price for my make and model but ended up paying 837.48$ for an oil change and tuneup… The oil change was 69.83 (synthetic blend) minus a 10$ off coupon… really nice… Then they ran a 139.99$ System Diagnostics… wow!… most places this is free… 6 Spark plugs 33.40$ each = 200.40$ Gasket 63.90$ LABOR for tuneup… 279.98$… amazing… I’m sure the mechanic who actually did the work does not receive 280$ for every tuneup completed… Now I’m inundated with spam emails and texts from corporate and charlotte because they want to over charge me for more work they want to do on my car. Someone else was complaining about the 139.99$ System Diagnostics while I was there. If you think I might be exaggerating look up “average cost of Lincoln MKZ tuneup” then compare. -Buyer Beware. Do your research before you agree. I learned my lesson.

I received bad service at honest one. They seemed to be uninterested in fixing my car. I needed wheel bearings on a rear tire. They told me that I only needed one wheel fixed and told me the parts most of the time come twos. He asked me if I wanted to replace both rear wheels. Why would I if the other wheel is fine? I went there to get my brakes looked at. I took the day off to fix my car. The good news is there is a really good auto repair shops next to yours. I paid 48.00 for waiting my time in your shop. I noticed they had an angry older man working in the garage.
