Steering and suspension diagnostic. Quoted me repairs and parts I did not need. Over priced the quote. Visited 2 other mechanics without disclosing any information from Honest 1, they both told me what they recommend and it happened to be the same. So much for being Honest - Honest 1 Auto Care.
The alignment could not be performed because they were some worn out parts. However they charged me $140 to list the parts needed… still waiting on a promised quote to repair the car..
Julian is very courteous and got my vehicle right in at my appointment time. Additional work was not done until my ok. Wil be back.
George was very approachable, quick and informative during my service. I used Honest-1 previously for a pre purchase inspection and I was highly satisfied then as well.
