The service was quick and painless. They performed a 90,000 mile service and told me beforehand they’d let me know about any charges before the work was performed. They did just that so there were no surprises. I will absolutely use this shop again.

I am new to Charlotte and was worried about finding someone to do a major repair on my car. Honest 1 did an excellent job. It's been about 3 days and I'm very satisfied, as the issue seems to be fixed. They have a payment plan through a 3rd party vendor and that helped me tremendously, seeing as I wouldn't have to be without my car for an extended period of time. These guys saved me!! my cooling system was leaking and was at risk of overheating. They were honest (No wonder they’re named Honest 1) and fair. The two Georges are the best. Would definitely recommend them and come back for anything my car needs. Thanks a ton
