I went there to do an alignment and they found several problems with the vehicle so they charged me for the inspection but after talking to.my regular mechanic, he suggested to rotate the tires put the bad ones in the back and the good ones in the front. So I asked them to do that and the guy I'm front desk responded " why would you do that ?" And " let me think about it " I just paid them for just look at it and ask them to rotate the tires they said they need to think about it? Really!! Ok !Don't come in to this place, please take your time to look for other places around. This place it's a ripped off!! Home of the honest mechanics!? No home of the dishonest mechanics! Avoid this place at all cost!

As always they did a great job at good value.

The service was quick and painless. They performed a 90,000 mile service and told me beforehand they’d let me know about any charges before the work was performed. They did just that so there were no surprises. I will absolutely use this shop again.

I am new to Charlotte and was worried about finding someone to do a major repair on my car. Honest 1 did an excellent job. It's been about 3 days and I'm very satisfied, as the issue seems to be fixed. They have a payment plan through a 3rd party vendor and that helped me tremendously, seeing as I wouldn't have to be without my car for an extended period of time.
