These guys saved me!! my cooling system was leaking and was at risk of overheating. They were honest (No wonder they’re named Honest 1) and fair. The two Georges are the best. Would definitely recommend them and come back for anything my car needs. Thanks a ton

Clean fast comfortable

They were great! I'm a travel health care worker and when coming into Charlotte for my shift my car started acting up so I took my car to them and they had my car back to me the next day! They were so nice and my car is running great. Sad to say that but next time my car messes up I'll probably make the drive the Charlotte to get my car fixed instead of where I'm from 😂.

Came down from New Jersey to Charlotte for a wedding. Driver’s window in rental vehicle lowered and refused to raise back up. Could not find anyone to fix the issue on a Saturday without a scheduled appointment. Called these guys and they told me to come on in to see what they could do. Within 30 minutes they had the window back up and explained what needed to be gone for a permanent fix. Rate charged was more than fair. On top of this they maintained an impeccable customer waiting area. Has to be see to be seen to be appreciated.
