I broke down on a Friday night and H1 got me fixed and back on the road on Saturday. They were very professional, courteous and understanding to my need to get back on the road. I had a wonderful experience!

BEWARE Honest 1 on Monroe!! They will lie and cheat you. 2.5 years ago i had an alternator replaced and it just went out again. I am just over their 36k mile warranty so now i have to get it replaced again (but not by them!) In the past 6 months they in a frantic panic told me not to drive my car because it needed an engine replacement because they wouldnt change out the timing belt tensioner. I had someone else do it. They told me my AC compressor was shot and i needed a new one. Another shop just refilled the coolant and it has been working fine for over 4 months. They told me a i needed a new catalytic converter to fix a sensor light. NOPE didnt need one. They tried to charge me over $500 for changing my spark plugs. I did it for less than $100 in less than an hour. These people are not trustworthy!
