I thought this was gonna be a good auto place but they kept raising the pay. We needed a power steering pump replacement (we already had our own part) and they said that it would cost $350 and that we would be able to get the car the same day considering it only takes 2-3 hours to replace, we showed up around 11am. He called the same day around 4pm and raised the pay up to $882 he said we would have to wait the next day to get our car. When I called and asked about it the man was rude. In the end we still had to pay them for the hours of labor spent on the car but they definitely will take your money and get over on you if you let them!
Honest-1 was authorized to perform a power steering pump replacement with the customer supplied part without diagnostic. The customer was told upfront that there was so much fluid leaking that the power steering line may need to be replaced due to the leak & the vehicle being 14 years old. As the technician prepared to replace the customers supplied power steering pump his inspection revealed the power steering line was leaking and needed replacing. The customer approved the additional cost for the repairs in the afternoon of 5.11.22 so the technician began the process. The customer then called back the next morning and changed their mind and indicated they did not want to do the work. It was explained that there would be a labor cost involved for the work done at that point and to put the vehicle back together. Honest-1 only did was was approved and asked to be paid for what the technician had already performed.
