They were able to find my problems & fix them. They kept me up to date on progress. We’re very friendly.
Had an 8am appointment for an oil & fuel filter change. I have a diesel truck that requires a fuel filter change every other oil change. The last time I had this done I was out of town and just showed up at a shop, no appointment and it took 30-40 mins. They didn’t pull my truck into the shop until 9:10. I checked out at 11:00. 3 hours for an oil change (with an appointment) is ridiculous. I won’t be going back.
My experience here was not good. I came in to have my brand new tires and rims balanced because they were making the classic “womp womp” noise at any speed. The shop that I originally got them from was too far away to go back to. Honest 1 “balanced” them after confirming they were not correct. I was still getting the same noise after so I brought it back to Honest 1. They drove my car and then tried to tell me that it’s just the sound these tires are going to make. They had no interest in rechecking their work. I asked them to put one tire on the balancer to see if it was ok. After watching them rebalance that tire and then having them tell me it checked out fine, I realized that my tire issue was not worth their time. Now I’m driving around with my steering wheel vibrating until my appointment with another shop.
Not a very good 1st experience. It was expensive and they didn't do what I asked fully. The employee seemed new at desk and wasn't sure of his responsibilities (not really all his fault, everyone needs to learn at some point)??? I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Please don't ever use this place had wheel bearing issues with my 2016 Ford it took them almost a week to do a Diagnostics on my car it was under warranty I had to call them more then once to check on my car and they Kept telling me they was waiting on the warranty company to call them back when I called the warranty company they told me they never received a call from the shop And the only thing they needed was a call from the shop to tell them what was wrong with the car They kept telling me they called the warranty company but the warranty company said they never called They are very slow unprofessional and then they didn't even fix my car right they fixed one bearing on the car and then put on a paper that the other side may go bad Any also a professional mechanic would know to let the warranty company know or say Hey we need to fix both of them because if one bearing go bad the other 1 is surely to be the next to go Then they charged me a $150 diagnostics fee which some companies or mechanic places would have wavered that fee if you get the car fixed there but they didn't they really need to close this place down or clean house and bring in some new professional mechanics
I absolutely love this place. It is one of the nicest and cleanest auto repair shops I have been too. Great waiting area and a little area for the kids to play as well. The employees here are exceptional, professional, and very friendly.
