This is just a follow up review on the previous review that was done. Honest1 was unable to replace my spark plugs without an additional cost that could have exceeded $400 on top of the $675 that was originally quoted for my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. Once they started to replace the plugs, they came upon other issues that needed to be addressed. They were able to replace one side of the plugs, but the other side could not be replaced without breaking or popping a band that covered the plugs. So I backed out of the service and was charged for the labor that was done, which resulted in me being charged $575. I decided to take my vehicle to Northlake Mercedes, which is what I should have done from the start, They replaced my plugs without any additional issues. They didn't find anything else that would have caused a problem with the replacement of the spark plugs...at all. Which lead me to believe Honest 1 Auto will find other issue with repairs to increase their profits. After my experience, I decided to read some of their reviews. Sad to say there were numerous reviews that shared the same sentiments. You take your car in for one thing, just to be told about other repairs that would have to be done before they could complete their repairs. I learned a valuable lesson when it comes to getting certain vehicles(Mercedes, BMS's etc. Take your vehicle to that dealership, even if it might cost a little more. At least you're getting Skilled and Trained Technicians for your vehicle, not just a certified mechanic who work on all cars.
