Honestly, this was not my best experience at honest. I go there frequently for routine maintenance. I scheduled my appointment and when I went to pick my car up four hours later, they had not touched it. There was no call to let me know that they had not done my cars service. Several other customers came in at similar times and expressed disappointment that they also Did not have their cars ready at the expected time. There seems to be an opportunity for training at the front desk around communication about work completion.
