I went in to have my brake system replaced. They told me it would be around 2000 for a job like that. After a week of no one getting back to me, all I asked for was follow up. The quote came back just under 4,000. The lack of follow up and misquote to bring me in, sadly turned me away from continuing the work with them.

Wow!!! I walked in and asked for help with tire pressures and was seen right away! They inflated to correct psi's and wouldn't even let me pay. Ill definitely be back for further services with these kind and friendly folks. Highly recommend!

Too expensive. When getting a diagnostic test, the price doesn't go towards the repairs. That doesn't make any sense

They were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I am new to the area and wanted to find a local shop that I could rely upon to service my car now and in the future. I think I have found that place with Honest 1.

Didn’t get to do my car at scheduled time - 45 minutes late. Also asked for leaves & pine needles to be vacuumed under hood but wasn’t done. Normally have excellent service so didn’t understand delay.
