Well well My name is John aka Ebenezer. This is an honest review by a honest customer to a honest manager - Greg and team I had my services done to my Honda CRV 2016 yesterday - 09/01/2021 I walked in at 7.45am for my appointment and told Mr Greg (Manager) my car issues ** My car is always clean with no scratches 1. My passenger window are not sliding up very smoothly 2. Wheel alignment 3. Battery dead 4. Oil change 5. Check brake pads 6. Wiper blades Mr Greg then told me - Okay Sir we will give you a call once we are done repairing the car. I was excited to see my car new again I come back at 4.45pm to get my car. I am very excited... My Greg hands me the keys and a bill of approx $600/-. I check my car with my wife along side with me 1. I checked the car window to slide, but guess what its not smooth and made a "deeeeeep" scratch with a screw driver to open the panel from inside 2. Checked the battery and well it was new. 3. Wheel alignment - Could have done better 4.Oil change- Synthetic Oil(I hope its Synthetic oil ;) God only knows) 5. Brake pads - Greg told no change need ,coz its still good shape 6. Wiper blades I saw coupons on the website and I said I will NOT take the coupon because they are "honest" and will pay them in full I called Mr Greg outside and told him Hey man, I am not happy with the deep scratch you left on my car window panel and also the windows is not sliding how it should be... Greg and a fellow service guy, starts blabbering ...Oh no we just do so much, if you want to change the motor in the window we can do that which will cost you extra. Also we put grease in the window so that it slides smoothly(* He never knew the window problem until I showed him and he says its fixed haha) Also the mechanic put all grease on the door handle , and never bothered to wipe it down. So I had to do his work Conclusion Car is working good but could have been better (Ofcouse after paying $600) Mr Greg seems he knows everything but he doesn't(But he is honest) No professionalism in repairing the car since he has trainee people working, so please expensive car owners - at your own risk 2 stars for honesty! Hope Mr Greg replies back!
