Would not recommend! Went to them for a check engine light. Was told I needed a new air intake hose and the price on the part was 70.00. Got a call the next day being told the price on the part was now 245.00. When they called to tell me my car was ready they tried to sell me everything in the book, when I told them I don’t want it they stated well your car will still be leaving with a check engine light! They tried to tell me I was 3000 miles OVER (ie. 8000 miles) my next oil change and when I corrected them stating I got a oil change 4 months ago and had only put 3,500 miles on the car since they replied with well it’s about time to go ahead and get a new one anyway. Full of liars and scammers! Go elsewhere

I was told I it would come to a total of 104.00 I ended up paying 147.00 that’s not what I was told. I feel played

I highly recommend using them for any future service needs. Great service, communication, timing, and fair pricing are the reasons Honest1 was as good if not better than any other shop I’ve been to.

First - be prepared to shell out $150 for nothing - even if you have the codes for a check engine light. And no, this will not go towards any repairs made. Car was sending a check engine light, had the code report and called on Thursday to make an appointment to have car looked at on Saturday. Got a call 30 minutes before they closed indicating they had not looked at car and would try to get to it on Monday. I specified that I had work and a child to pick up from school and was promised a call by 11am. After three phone calls and at almost 3pm I finally was able to pick up the car. Was told the check engine light issue had been repaired and then was handed an estimate for almost $1800 for "other repairs that were needed". This is a 2013 Avenger, I didn't even pay $1800 for the car when I purchased it 18 months ago. Less than 24 hours later and the check engine light is back on and George's response when I called is "well, these things happen - could be anything". DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Always a good experience when I go. Everyone is super nice even the tech that worked on my car. Also, the waiting area is clean and relaxing and that’s always a plus. They have a nice area to work in while you wait.
