My A/C went out on my 2015 Chevy Cruze on Tuesday. I desperately needed it repaired ASAP. I was squeezed in at 1:00 p.m. I was told I would need a diagnostic test which they did. It turns out the compressor was shot. I needed my vehicle repaired as I was leaving out-of-town on Friday. I did not have time to shop around. I was given a quote and called Firestone, who I originally contacted to compare prices. There price was lower but I could not trust them to do the repair in time. The staff was polite and the lobby and restroom was ultra clean. It all looked more like it belonged in a doctors office or a nice executive office. They offer complimentary coffee as well as bottled water. Nice large TV and plenty of magazines. At first I was told the vehicle would be ready by noon on Wednesday. However, I received a call on Wednesday morning around 9:00 to let me know it was ready to be picked up. They even left a small package of oreo cookies to thank me. My granddaughter enjoyed them later.
