I call George on a Wednesday and he scheduled me for my repairs that Saturday. I was unable to get the ac fixed that Saturday so he scheduled me for the following Wednesday. My car was in by 8AM and out by 1130AM. I am riding with ac again and grateful to all who worked on my vehicle! Prices weren't too bad either because I was expecting more!

I needed a new alternator. They were upfront. They gave me updates as I stayed and waited for my vehicle. Their waiting room was very clean as was their bathroom.

Great experience as soon as I walked through the door. Great communication and very reasonable pricing. Good people here.

My car started to act funny and I was so afraid to get the car fixed- I heard horror stories of people’s experience in mechanic shops. My experience has been exceptional!! I'm very happy with the services I have had done there. George is helpful and friendly as well is the other office staff. The service technicians not only do the service you need done but let you know about future items that maybe needed. I also love how they don't scare you into thinking everything is going to fall apart when the tell you about future items. They tell you what is a priority and what can be put off for a while. I've always been happy with their services and their honest upfront services.

I've been coming here for about a year or more now & they are absolutely amazing! Im hesitant to even go to my dealership to get service because of how fantastic everyone at Honest-1 is. No one else compares!
