I appreciated the cleanliness of the lobby and the professionalism of their staff, but I did have one issue involving an oil change a while back where they claimed I had an oil leak, but I came to find out they had used the wrong filter. I had to pay for an additional oil change as a result. Since that time, however, I've only had good experiences.

Friendly staff! Looked over vehicle very good, and gave me a report when finished! George also was very helpful!

I arrived early for a new tire alignment and check up with a coupon, and they started right away. I enjoyed the coffee and HGTV. They also told me that it would be even less than they quoted since most things looked good. They lived up to the HONEST in their name!

My work order was a spark plug change on an older F150 having the spark plugs which inspired a class action lawsuit against Ford wherein owners claimed the plugs cracked during removal costing $$$ to extract. Jesse and the team took time to get all 8 out without cracking a single plug. Excellent...good for another 100k!

I called to see if they could “fit me in” that day. Not only were they able to, but it was ready within 3 hours. Great service!
