I got my car inspected here and they were both timely and professional!

I'm in sales therefore my perspective is a little harsh however I do believe they mean well but it'll feel like upsell after upset until you tell them that's enough for this visit. I'm still positive they mean well but the delivery can certainly be better.

Moved to Charlotte for 3 months. I normally do my own oil changes in my garage, but since I wasn’t at home and therefore did not have access to my garage, I decided to take my car here for an oil change. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water bottles in the lobby. I always work on my own car whenever it needs something done, so I know cars well and I have a good ability to tell whether something on my car actually needs to be taken care of or whether a mechanic’s shop is just trying to upsell me (the shop didn’t know this about me). The technicians were extremely communicative and accommodating and also looked around while doing the oil change to identify any other issues that I needed to get taken care of to include in their post-oil-change receipt/report. The issues that they identified were legitimate and actually needed to be taken care of. I was aware of them and had been putting off working on them. So, essentially, I appreciate the excellent service and the fact that the technicians were honest and forthright.

Walked in one day for an oil change, not knowing that services were being offered by appointment only. The staff was more than willing to make time for my vehicle. Price was fair, and staff was helpful and courteous. I don't live in the area, but I would definitely make a trip back.

I am at a "certain age" now; when I was first starting to drive, the young men I knew picked up jalopies from the junk yard, fixed them up and learned their way around cars. We girls usually did not have the courage to do that and so many of us are ignorant and prey to auto care companies that take advantage of our lack of knowledge. In the years I have been taking my car to Honest #1 I have been increasingly convinced that this is a shop that will take care of me, not just "take me". I have only had one concern with my service there and it was promptly and courteously resolved. In everything else I have been comfortable in trusting Honest #1 to take good care of my car and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. They go out of their way to make their customers happy.

I went there because the air on my tires were low and I ask for help. They helped me and didn't charge me anything! That type of services doesn't happen anywhere for FREE. KUDOS to this place!!!!

I had a need to get a wheel alignment on my BMW and found Honest-1 Auto Care recommended as part of the Costco car service program. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the price was very good for a 4 wheel alignment, and they corrected a wear problem I had had for a while. What was even better is they were able to see me same day as a walk-in early in the morning, and I saw them try to accommodate multiple people coming in with kindness.
