Jose was the technician that serviced my car and he was very informative and did an outstanding job. Ray was also very helpful and made the process seamless. The facility is as very clean and all of the staff was friendly and professional.

As much as I do NOT enjoy spending $1500.00 for necessary work on my rig, this is the place to get it done. Trust is everything when it comes to the service industry. Secondly is word of mouth - that is why I am writing this. I was impressed with the service, but even more impressed with Casey (apparently a new hire) at the desk. She communicated with me during the day perfectly, she called me yesterday afternoon to go over the estimate, and to my surprise, she was extremely educated in the components of my vehicle that needed repairs. I am not used to, nor do I expect the customer service desk to have a much knowledge as the mechanics. I recommend Honest Car Care on Monroe road.

So far the staff have been great....I was ripped off terribly by Firestone which makes it hard to trust however Honest -1 has been very informative and they explain the issues with my car so that I am able to understand and they do not seem to be taking advantages of me because I am a woman.

Everyone was very professional and friendly! The waiting area and facility was very clean and well kept. They performed the oil change quickly and didn’t try to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. (They actually said everything was great with the car and didn’t suggest anything extra)
