My first and only experience with Honest-1 was no what I expected. I had my car towed here because I read great reviews and decided to take a chance here. I was told I had to pay almost $200 for a diagnostic and then was quoted almost $1200 for a new starter. I unfortunately paid for the diagnostic but I had my car towed to another shop who fixed it for $470. Everyone I talked to was pleasant, but unfortunately I will not be back.

Great service

This was my first time using Honest1 and I was very pleased. The young man at the desk was pleasant, kind, and explained everything each step of the way. The waiting area is nice and clean, comfortable chairs, separate area for children and offered free water and coffee. Restroom was also clean. They fixed my AC in two hours. I am happy to have found a car repair shop that I will feel comfortable calling in the future. As an older lady that is something important. Thank you.
