I took my car in for a level 1 diagnostic service. The report identified the problem and the service manager reviewed my options in detail. No high pressure. This was my first encounter with Honest 1 and my initial impression was very favorable. They are not the cheapest guys in town, but offer quality service and use quality parts which makes it worth paying a little extra.

Hi. My wife and I are regularly constumers in Honest they always fixed our car but last time my wife drove to Honest and we got a budget the about $1500 and with that the problem will be fixed. We couldn't afford the price because the current situation and we tried to drive the car and It didn't work we had to take the car in a tow to our house. The day I called another mechanic and hi fixed the car in 45 minutes and we just spent $100. I don't know what happened with you this time guys but the car is working good and you know that because I went to Honest yesterday with the same car that you said it needed $1500 to get fixed the problem was just the spark plugs.

It took over an hour and a half for an inspection just to have my car fail inspection for fog lights and they wanted to charge $15 per side to install. I went to an auto parts store up the street, they installed the 2 bulbs and came back. The tech could have came to my car and made sure the lights were working without pulling it back into the shop but that would've been too much like right. Instead he opted to pull it back into the shop and took 30 more minutes to complete the inspection. I would never again nor will I recommend anyone to this establishment. Also the tech that did my inspection failed to have a mask or gloves on during this pandemic smh so basically he is spreading germs from vehicle to vehicle. In addition to taking an extremely long time to complete the inspection, the tech was just sitting there on his phone.

I finally found a place that I can trust my car with. Great service at good prices. I don't mind driving the 30 minutes knowing I'm in good hands.

I was recommended to the shop by a relative. Happy that it was close by. When I called, the guy listened to my problem and told me to bring it in so he could determine what they could do. The facility was cleaned and inviting and the receptionist/office manager was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the outcome of my problem and the value. I have already told several family members about the business.

I tried this company when I lost faith in the dealer I had been going to for service. I have never regretted it. I've never had a complaint about their work and the customer service is above and beyond my expectations. Especially during this crisis, I was gratified to see that the shop is immaculate, with limited foot traffic and sneeze screens in front of the service reps, and they disinfect the car before they return it to you. I can't recommend them highly enough.
