My 2003 Hyundai started acting up on Friday late in the evening. I called in to Honest1 about 2 hours before closing on Saturday, and they suggested that I could drop it by to have one of their techs take a look. They said they would reach out on Monday after running diagnostics. On Monday I received a call in which they outlined all of the issues. The prices were within the range I expected, not like a high quote I got from a different garage. However, I decided not to have the car fixed because of the age and condition of the car. However, the professionalism, attention to detail, reasonable pricing, and swtifness of service were definitely notable.
