either stupid or dishonest. either way, bad situation for a repair shop. I work at a local shop and today we had a vehicle towed in. come to find out it was at honest-1. They told the customer he needed a transmission. this is true, he does. they also told him that his vehicle was 7 quarts of fluid low and that a transmission service would help. this is untrue. when the vehicle came in my shop. it was actually 6-7 quarts over full! The transmission pan has never been off! All they did was lie to the man and then charged him $236. Funny side note. Honest 1 also quoted him $4800 for a new transmission. Insane! our price is around $2800. Stay away. there's definitely more honest shops.

Don’t even deserve one star to be honest Overpriced They will rob you I don’t know how they sleep at night doing what they do to this poor people . Firestone is cheaper and they won’t rob you ——-prices are way above dealer prices——- Keep pounding

I get my oil change here I love this auto repair. And I love my cookies they have in my car.

Everyone there was friendly and courteous. The waiting area was super relaxing and comfortable, and the complementary refreshments were a nice touch. They had me in and out in under an hour. I’ll be back and I’d recommend them for sure.
