I tried this company when I lost faith in the dealer I had been going to for service. I have never regretted it. I've never had a complaint about their work and the customer service is above and beyond my expectations. Especially during this crisis, I was gratified to see that the shop is immaculate, with limited foot traffic and sneeze screens in front of the service reps, and they disinfect the car before they return it to you. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I appreciated their concern about the welfare of my car. I will be back for them to fix a number of the things that's wrong with my car soon. Thank you.

They whole crew from owner down to the mechanic technician were very friendly and professional. They were very honest on the needs of my vehicle on things that needed to be done now and things that could wait. I trust them to work on any of my family cars and look forward to see them in the future.

I have been with this company for 4 years! Anytime I needed to have one of my cars, or one of my friends cars checked out the mechanics & technicians have made it a priority to help. The management & staff has changed a few times over the years, although I miss the way things used to be- the way this business is running today is just as good. The amount of patience & carefulness I am experiencing with the South Charlotte team is outstanding! 🙂The front desk is so punctual & sweet. The technician, Devin, is such a hard worker. I have watched him grow into his position through the years & It has been a rewarding experience. 🥀🌹I am so happy to call them up whenever I am having an automobile malfunction. Brought my vehicle in because of a check engine light. They read the code and inspected the problem. I was fully prepared to pay out for a problem with my 17 year old car, but they made the 1 minute fix for no charge. I will bring my business here again.

My 2003 Hyundai started acting up on Friday late in the evening. I called in to Honest1 about 2 hours before closing on Saturday, and they suggested that I could drop it by to have one of their techs take a look. They said they would reach out on Monday after running diagnostics. On Monday I received a call in which they outlined all of the issues. The prices were within the range I expected, not like a high quote I got from a different garage. However, I decided not to have the car fixed because of the age and condition of the car. However, the professionalism, attention to detail, reasonable pricing, and swtifness of service were definitely notable. Honest1 has definitely climbed to the top of my list for any future car maintenance or repair needs. Thank you, Matthew Chapman
