Took my 2007 Honda Accord in for an oil change, headlight replacement, and winter coolant service. Instead of replacing a headlight, the mechanic found I just had a loose wire, that saved me about $50. My service was quick and friendly, very impressed.

Great service! Took my work van in for an ignition coil repair. Had me in and out in just over an hour and back to work. Prompt, courteous and professional. As a side note, the waiting area and the bathroom were impeccable. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

This group was so efficient and did a great detailed diagnosis of my Volvo. I have not had such a thorough diagnosis in such a long time, even from the dealership who diagnosed some issues incorrectly! I feel like some repair businesses sometimes take the easy way out and diagnose a whole unit damaged when it is actually minor parts of the unit that need to be replaced, saving the car owner money. I will surely go back to Honest One next time I need service. I have also recommended this business to relatives who live in Charlotte! Thanks again For your honest and detailed diagnosis!

Got referred from Costco for honest 1, and glad I did the service was fast and to the point, they did alignment,it took around 40 minutes and gave me detailed report and advise, they did great job I was in and out in short time. Good job will go again for all my car needs. Thanks guys.
