Awesome!!! We had a breakdown while traveling thru Charlotte and the Honest-1 Auto Team came thru with flying colors. Daniel was able to work us into their busy schedule, got the problem diagnosed, found the necessary repair part and got the repairs completed.......all within the same day. Jennifer and Joseph kept us updated as to what was wrong, the proposed repairs / costs, and time to completion. The mechanic took the vehicle out for a road-test (extra step) to absolutely make sure there were no additional issues, prior to turning the vehicle back over. And when we picked it up.......the bill was exactly what Jennifer had told us it would be......no surprise "up-charges" !!! Thanks so much for a job well done and getting us back on the road again !!!

So professional and knowledgeable. They charge a fair price so if your looking for cheap work done this isn’t the place but there work is great and worth the price.

I dealt primarily with Ray, who was fantastic. I needed several replacement parts that were really hard to find, and he refused to give up even when I thought it was hopeless. He got the parts after tons of searching, and once they were in, my car was repaired in a day's time. I am so grateful to Ray and to the team who did an outstanding job getting my car back in great shape!

I was recently at the car wash next door and my car died. Thank god that Honest-1 was right next door. I really lucked out that they were in close proximity because every single person I interacted with was so nice and kind to me. They stuck around past closing to take a look at the problem and then, when they realized I was stranded there and was going to take an Uber home, offered to give me a ride. They diagnosed the problem with the car so quickly and also completed the work within 24 hours. They even took a look at and fixed a turn signal that I had been meaning to get fixed for a long time and just hadn't gotten around to. They didn't try to upsell me or confuse me, didn't talk down to me, and communicated clearly every step of the way. I am so glad that I found them as they just made a customer for life. I'll take all my cars here from everything from repairs to oil changes from now on.
