The people were Knowledgeable and described what they were going to do to diagnose the problem. It took a while to narrow the diagnosis but they stayed with it until they found the problem.

Great service

This was my first time using Honest1 and I was very pleased. The young man at the desk was pleasant, kind, and explained everything each step of the way. The waiting area is nice and clean, comfortable chairs, separate area for children and offered free water and coffee. Restroom was also clean. They fixed my AC in two hours. I am happy to have found a car repair shop that I will feel comfortable calling in the future. As an older lady that is something important. Thank you.

Wonderful service at the Monroe road location. Julian kept me 100% informed all day. I was treated with respect and kindness.
