I was recently at the car wash next door and my car died. Thank god that Honest-1 was right next door. I really lucked out that they were in close proximity because every single person I interacted with was so nice and kind to me. They stuck around past closing to take a look at the problem and then, when they realized I was stranded there and was going to take an Uber home, offered to give me a ride. They diagnosed the problem with the car so quickly and also completed the work within 24 hours. They even took a look at and fixed a turn signal that I had been meaning to get fixed for a long time and just hadn't gotten around to. They didn't try to upsell me or confuse me, didn't talk down to me, and communicated clearly every step of the way. I am so glad that I found them as they just made a customer for life. I'll take all my cars here from everything from repairs to oil changes from now on.

Ray and everyone at honest 1 was fantastic! He called me several times to make sure I was approving of the repairs and costs. Another call to let me know that they could save me money doing another repair right then as opposed to waiting. Everything is fixed and I do appreciate how transparent they were and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
