These folks are good. I had wear on the outside of my two front tires and assumed an alignment would fix the problem. They did a test drive and inspection and discovered the outside tie rod ends were lose and needed replacing. They could have done the alignment and taken my money but instead they advised me to have the rod ends replaced first. I couldn't have the work done that day but they were very generous and understanding about it. No hard sell. No arm twisting. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I was referred by Costco and happy to find a service center close to my workplace. I was quite pleased to get an appointment on the same day, have my alignment performed quicker than expected and get the Costco discount. Everyone was was quite friendly and professional. I plan to return again with one of several vehicles in our family as service is needed. Maintain the great service and keep prices reasonable and I will continue to be a return customer.

I came to Honest 1 to get front brakes done about a week ago and received the most amazing service I have ever received at an auto care place. They have a nice and comfortable waiting area that is NOT overpowered with the smell of a garage. First they checked the brakes and when time came over to where I was sitting and had a conversation about what was needed and the cost. I APPRECIATE THAT PERSONAL TOUCH!! The entire time I was there they kept me informed about what was happening from them having to order the brakes to when they arrived. Again, I APPRECIATE THAT!! When I was done and in my car I noticed something that I had never received from an auto care place, which was a thank you note attached to Oreos!! Honest 1 will definitely be my go to when I need auto service.

My wifes 2013 Honda Civic needed the A/C serviced for the first time. The dealer wanted $350 and I told her not to do it. I researched local Matthews business and found Honest-1 Auto Care. They did the job quickly, ontime, and for $129.00 with no BS or trying to upsell me on some other service.

People very nice, but I went online to fine the store and it said no were that you would charge a price for diagnosis for a wheel algnment of 39.95 for $75.00. To coat of about $1300.00 I'm sur that is a good thing that they can tell you but, when you are trying to just get back on the road ,Wow

Honest-1 found, solved and fixed the problem with my 1997 BMW Z 3. They were delightful to deal with, very responsive, quick to fix the problem and did it very reasonably. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will use them for my Lexus in the future!

My experience at honest one auto was good I made a appointment at 1 o’clock but they did take quite a long time but that’s because I had a lot of work done it is very peaceful the chairs are comfortable and the worker at the desk is very beautiful and she is nice and they have complementary water and the toilet is nice you wave your hand over the sensor and it flushes.
