The people who work there are absolutely incredible. They are very nice, respectful and give you all of the options for your vehicle. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. I rarely take my vehicle to auto shops but would definitely bring my vehicle back here without hesitation. The waiting area is the best I've seen and very comfortable. I'm not sure of people's negative comments about this place but there is nothing to complain about here. I will bring my vehicle back here for repairs.

WOW! What a shop. I was recommended by Discount Tire for an alignment on new tires. I'm glad I went. Professional job done promptly. GREAT staff and clean customer waiting area with wifi, coffee and water available. I've HIGHLY recommend them to my neighbors in MoRA and Stonehaven.

WOW! Great front line personnel. I'm sorry I can't remember the man's name who was so helpful - giving me explanations about tires, alignment, etc. He was friendly and I trusted him. (Often I don't feel confident or assured that car maintenance guys are honest.) I met the mechanic who showed me what the machine said about my car.. another helpful and easy to talk with person. Nice and friendly place. They tell you what you need. I was told one thing was wrong with my car from another mechanic. When I told Honest they told me that it was something else. They showed me the problem and the part that wasn't the problem. Any other mechanic would claim that fixed both.

The waiting area is very bright, pleasant and clean. The receptionist was personable and attentive, yet professional. My car was taken back almost as soon as I arrived and serviced without delay. It was all around a very pleasant experience!

Once again Honest - 1 hit a home run with me. Called Honest-1- and asked for an estimate on front end work on my wife's 2006 Honda Ridgeline. Upon receiving the estimate and making an appointment I drop her truck off. I took the truck to Honest-1 because they had the best price estimate and prior work on my other vehicle was outstanding. Several hours later Greg from Honest-1 called me and asked why I wanted the tie rods replaced on the vehicle. I relayed the Honda dealer said the vehicle need this repair. Greg said his mechanic checked the front end and the tie rods were good but the other work was needed and it was costly. The job was done and I picked up the truck today, because of Honest-1 honesty they saved me a "substantial" amount of money. I need a reliable shop to maintain my vehicles and my wife can trust. I have no inclination but to say Honest-1 is number one. Trustworthy, fair, friendly and honest. They are a five star business.

This bays are CLEAN. The mechanics look sharp. They work quickly and efficiently. Windows in the Waiting Room enable one to view work being done in the bays, which, in my experience, is a rarity. Service advisor, Brittany, using the provided schematic, explained the alignment procedure, answering all my questions. Drinks and snacks are provided in the attractive, roomy waiting area. I was impressed and I plan to return for future maintenance work on my car

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place! The bays were Clean! The mechanics appearance was sharp, they performed the work in a careful methodical manner. The Service Advisors were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Drinks and snacks were available in the very pleasant, roomy waiting area. I was pleased to be able to view the alignment work being done on my car, as well as receive an explanation in detail by Brittany, using the schematic they provided.

So I went to Honest 1 Auto Care on Saturday because my car kept throttling high whenever I was stopped and it also would cut off at stop lights. I went into Honest 1 at 11:30 am and I was the last to get my car worked on so I got out at 4 pm. They replaced my mass air flow sensor and did a great job. My car cut off after I left once again and I called the manager and told him of my frustrations. He told me to come in on Monday and they would give me a loaner car so that I didn't have to miss work while they fixed my car. I went in on Tuesday and my car was ready and all fixed up. Come to find out, some flushing and cleaning had to be done but they corrected the problem and now my car works great. Management was friendly and they also gave me a great price without trying to over charge me or hitting me with additional fees like bad auto shops would do. They essentially gave me a "FREE SERVICE" and took the time to provide excellent customer service. Besides my car not being fully fixed on Saturday but greatly fixed on Monday I have no complaints. If you want to get your car fixed at a place who truly care about you, and won't make you sit in the lobby waiting on a qoute for hours like a terrible auto shop will, I strongly recommend that you spend your money at Honest 1 because they will take care of you and get the job done. P. S. Always remember that there's still good people in the world who are genuine and honest just like Honest 1.

Very friendly and fast. I had a minor problem and they fixed it fast and for a very fair price. We will definitely be back for servicing and oil changes. Nicest waiting room I've ever seen at an auto mechanic.
