Good experience. They found the problem and called me with the charges before making the repair. They offer other services in a professional manner and when I declined they did not push it. They did what they said they would do and at the price quoted. Would recommend based on my experience.

I have had issues with my car ever since I purchased it about 4 years ago... The same issues resurfaced about every 7-8 months or so. I had my AC, engine, compressor, etc., checked and "fixed" more times than I can count. But, finally... I found Honest-1 on Monroe rd. And though, I was carless for about 3 weeks, the issues have finally been mended at their source all due to the fact that Honest-1 took their time to really dig deeper and fix the source of the issue to ensure there are no future issues. These guys go above and beyond to not just bandaid your current car problem, but take every possible step to make sure the same problem does not return. Thank you Honest-1 for making my car feel brand new!

I had read all the great reviews on this website so thought I would try them next time I needed a mechanic. It was every bit of a positive experience that others had written. I was able to drive in and they were able to take a look right away. Then they gave me the results and offered suggestions and advice. Very friendly employees and nice clean atmosphere.

Everyone that I spoke to were very helpful and enthusiastic. This is a rare commodity now. The price they quoted was the price that they charged. I plan to use them for maintaining my fleet vehicle.

The Honest-1 crew were amazing! They assessed my vehicle, explained the issue and gave me the price. No up selling! No drama! We decided what to move forward with on the repair and they even offered to drive me home since it would take a couple of hours.

Excellent customer service! Very honest and true to their word. A good value and a pleasant experience.

Service was great. Waiting area is best I have ever seen. The only downside is I went at lunch time & had to wait on a few guys to return from lunch to have my oil changed. I will go back. Also didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
